When i want to join to trip..
All questions and issues related to the process of joining to the trip.
How do i join a trip?
To join a trip, one needs a suitable voucher (of the same type as the sailing trip) and a user account (see create account and log in).
To buy voucher:
- Select and buy voucher: here
- Once the order is paid (see My Orders ), the voucher is available for registration
- Now one can join to a sailing trip
To join a trip:
- Log in
- Select trip from trips to join
- Select a voucher. Choose the date and whom you register for the trip (usually it is "Me")
- Choose, if you want to apply our special "addons" like "No Worries" or "Refunder"
- Confirm your choice and press "Save"
- Done

How registration interprets you selection:
- "I HAVE JOINED" - when one has SELECTED(checked) the voucher(s), CHOOSE the date and selected the PERSON
- "I JUMP OFF"- when one DESELECTS(unchecks) the voucher
- "no changes" - if one either didn't specify PERSON or didn't SELECT the date
I possess a unique talent, such as cooking, teaching yoga, or capturing great photographs. Would it be possible for me to participate in your sailing excursions at no cost?

If the date for the trip, for which you have been registered, is NOT CONFIRMED, then it is just enough either
- to press "Jump off" in "simple" view;
- or to remove checkmark for the selected voucehrs and addons in the "advanced" view
- If the date for the trip, for which you have been registered, is CONFIRMED, then
I have registered my voucher to a date, but i have change my mind. Can i de-register it?
- Date is not confirmed - then you just need to DESELECT your voucher in the trip description page (after you have logged in)
- Date is confirmed - then you CANNOT just to resign from this regestration (as on it depends all trip preparation), except (!) you have a
- "Refunder", which is registered for the same date and same person. Then you can DESELECT your voucher.
In this case addon "Refunder" gets used and dissapears and your voucher changes its type according the sequence "Exotc Sailing" -> "Sailing impressions" -> "Fun with friends" -> "I want to try".

Is there a map, where i can select location of the sailing trip?
Is there a calendar, where one could see all trips at once and perhaps one could import it ?
How do I register my family?
Family (or friends) can be registered by adding a relative in 'My Data' page.
Use button "Add relative" and enter their data.
Please notice, that in this way, this person doesn't get a separate account on Rocket Science Sailing.
How many vouchers do I need to join the trip?
In most cases a person needs one voucher to join a trip. If we organize some very special trip, where we would need more vouchers per place, we will specially announce it.
Which voucher do I need?
In order to gain flexibility in trip organization, we defined several types of vouchers and each trip is assigned to a type of voucher one needs in order to join this trip. The type of voucher needed, is shown in the title of a trip in square brackets e.g. [Sailing Impressions] or [Fun with friends].
I prefer to sleep alone. Can I have a separate cabin?
Yes, for that one has to book two places on the trip. Otherwise, a separate cabin is possible, if the yacht is not complete (it has to be agreed with the rest of the participants).
