How do i get from the airport/hotel to the harbor and back?
In case it is suitable, we organize common transport e.g. by car sharing. The cost is shared between the traveling people. If people are traveling from/to different airports, they are expected to organize and pay traveling by themselves.
If one registered an addon "No Worries" for the trip, we organise transfer from the airport/hotel to harbour in the beginning of the trip and to hotel/airport from the harbour in the end.
Do I need to have visa?
If the country where the journey goes requires visa, one should have visa.
Every participant should organize visa on time. This is a personal preparation and the cost of it is carried by the participant. Rocket Science Sailing might assist in the visa application.
If the participant can not visit the country when others are allowed to enter and the country was part of the trip's sailing program, the participant must leave the boat and join again in the next possible marina. Ocurred costs are covered by the participant without visa.
Is the cost of travel to/from the place, included in the voucher's price?
No. Vouchers give you only place on yacht.
Traveling to the start marina and from the finish marina is personal matter as it might vary from person to person. One may also want to spent more time at the place.
I joined a trip. How do I get there?
You can use any kind of transportation that is available and suits you. If many people arrive at a similar time to the same place e.g. airport, we can organize a collective transport to the marina from that place.
If You booked the trip with the 'No Worry' addon, we will arrange a local transport to/from the marina for you in any case.
